Online Yoga Classes | Yoga to Come Back to Yourself

I think a lot of us spend our days simply trying to keep up. One meeting leads to another. One deadline turns into the next. We spend hours behind screens, constantly thinking about what we need to do next, while our bodies are expected to just keep going.

At some point, I found myself asking: When was the last time I was actually here? Not thinking about the next task. Not mentally somewhere else. Just present, right here, in my own body.

That question is where yoga really began for me. Not as a workout, and not because I wanted to become more flexible or learn complicated poses. Yoga became a way for me to reconnect with my body, my breath, and myself.

I've been teaching yoga for nearly two years. My journey as a teacher began with a 240-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from the Who Am I Center, followed by a specialized 20-hour Energetic Body course.

Teaching Approach

My teaching focuses mainly on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Power Yoga, but the practice itself is always more than a sequence of poses. Every body is different, and every day is different. Some days you need a stronger, more energizing practice. Other days, you need to slow down, breathe, and let your nervous system settle. I believe yoga should meet you where you are, rather than asking you to show up as someone you're not.

A lot of the people I work with spend most of their day behind a desk or a screen. Their minds are constantly busy. Their shoulders are tense. Their bodies feel stiff. And somehow, taking care of themselves keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list. I understand that. That's why I don't see yoga as something you need to fit into a perfect lifestyle — yoga can exist right in the middle of your real life.

I offer online private and group yoga classes, as well as in-person sessions in Tehran. Whether you're completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, my goal is simple: to create a space where you can move, breathe, slow down, and come back to yourself.

Outside of yoga, I'm passionate about mountaineering and climbing some of Iran's high peaks. I use yogic breathing techniques and pranayama in my own preparation for high-altitude climbing, and that experience has deepened the way I approach breathwork in my teaching.
